Everything you need to know to make sure your order arrives in time for the holidays!


*Please note: No orders will be shipped out between December 22nd and January 2nd*

No orders on in-stock items will be fulfilled from December 22nd of this year through January 2nd, 2024. During this time we will be giving our staff time to enjoy the holidays with their families. Please feel free to place orders and once our staff are able to begin fulfilling shipments again in 2024 you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as usual.

Additionally, our customer service staff will be out of office during this time and will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible after January 3rd, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the holidays!

We at Dark Horse Direct want to help you get your holiday gifts on time! We've put together some guidelines to help you determine when to place orders for currently shipping products and what shipping method to select. This guide does not apply to pre-order items that are set to ship in the timeframes listed on their respective product pages.


US/DOMESTIC ORDERS

Place orders by December 12th for general shipping.
Place orders by December 19th if selecting overnight shipping.
*Please check specific courier information for more precise details based on your final shipping destination.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For Canada and Mexico: Place orders by December 14th
For All Other Locations: Place orders by November 26th
