Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment to the designated address, we are unable to process any order cancellations and refunds, and it would be subject to our standard Return Policy.

For In-Stock and Now Shipping Items:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours prior to it shipping. After this period has expired, and the order has started processing for shipment, the order will be subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee in addition to a 10% Restocking Fee. If the order has already been processed for shipment we are unable to proceed with a cancellation as the item is already with the courier.

For Pay-In-Full (Standard) Pre-Orders:

The pre-order may be canceled within a 72-hour grace period from order placement to receive a full refund on your pre-order. Once the grace period has expired and you wish to cancel the pre-order, there will be a 10% Cancellation Fee deducted from your refund.

For Payment Plan Pre-Orders:

The pre-order may be canceled within a 24-hour grace period to receive a full refund on your pre-order. Please note, payment plans require a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) to secure the pre-order and a 5% usage fee for the service. Once the grace period has expired and you wish to cancel the pre-order, the NRD and usage fees will be subject to forfeit and deducted from the applicable refund.
NRDs may be refunded upon cancellation due to a significant delay in the estimated arrival date. This is subject to the discretion of our customer service team.
