Dark Horse Direct announces the release of a new Geralt and Roach figure, perfect for fans of The Witcher. Andrzej Sapkowski's fantasy series The Witcher has spawned quite a franchise, both in video game form and on television. In telling the story of the fictional world known as the Continent and the enhanced monster hunter who roams it (known as Geralt of Rivia), The Witcher has found plenty of avenues to expand. The video game series by CD Projekt Red has produced three well-received adventures, and Netflix's The Witcher is in post-production on season 2.

Today, Dark Horse Direct announced the release of a new Geralt figure, modeled in the style of the CD Projekt Red game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The figure depicts Geralt atop his trusty horse Roach as he prepares to fire off a blast of magic. Geralt and Roach's designs hold some clever details, including a bloody wolf's head.

For fans of The Witcher - and the video games especially - this Geralt and Roach figure would be an excellent addition to their merchandise collection. This is just the beginning of the new content expected to emerge in the coming months, with the franchise receiving its very own convention next week. WitcherCon promises to feature new content regarding the games and the television show, including special peeks at season 2 and the various spin-offs Netflix is developing.
